Sorry to hear this..... The owner of this team was looking at Little Rock a couple years back to make room for the nba team or establish another chl team. The economy is such now that I don't expect us to ever have a team again. You ought to get out more and visit the slackers once and awhile.
 It's been rumored for months that there would be no Blazers hockey this season.
There's lots of plausible reasons why, from the NBA being selfish, to the city not giving a rat's behind about it's long-time franchise, to
Funk's divorce costing him a pretty penny, to the whole AHL thing, to not having the time to install an ice system in the Myriad/Cox Convention Center,
etc, etc.
Don't know what's true, but it sure does irk. |

No real surprise here. Everybody could see the writing on the wall. It sucks to have no hockey in Oklahoma City this season but here's hoping for the AHL
Blazers in OKC for 2010-2011.
