Looks like my time as "the" bus driver for the Bugs is over. New ownership is not going to buy the bus and they aren't going to use the same bus
for every trip. I may end up driving the bus for a new owner and the Bugs will use it occasionally/often/most of the time. That is yet to be determined. What a
blast it has been.

I also meant to tell fastcars I hope things work out as well for you as our old driver. He ended up doing more driving after the team folded. So things are
probably gonna be fine. I will keep you in my thoughts.

Bus rental for a motorcoach could be over $6k for a trip to Broomfield. Not sure why they wouldn't buy the bus. Unless they're stocking up on
Greyhound "Friends and Family" tixs.

isn't the bus owned by mudbugs express llc? perhaps the new owners didn't want to buy that business from madden, just the hockey team. sometimes it
is cheaper to rent than own, especially with all the miles that are on the pearl now.

Hank, unbeknownst to some of y'all, is NOT an employee of the Mudbugs. He's an employee of Mudbugs Express, LLC. What the new fellows are pondering is
the choice between keeping Hank and opting for charter service.
I hope that they keep Hankaroo. Now I will head home to watch "Midnight Express" (1978). |
