So, because the Wings are favored I should stop being a fan? Then what does that mean for the tears that were shed in '94 when they were the first ever #1 seed to lose to a #8 (San Jose)? I shouldn't have been a fan because they were favored? Guess you weren't a fan of the Bugs in the playoffs this year either, since they had the "easy ride to the cup." You don't stop being a fan because your GM puts talent on the ice. Sure, plenty of fans will jump on board whenever there's a bandwagon to jump on, but you don't know me well enough to make that accusation. And, having been a fan through the "Dead Things" era, and the recent playoff breakdowns, I believe I've earned the right to ride whatever train the Wings are driving.
