How many playoff ticket packages will be sold this year? Will sales be off because of our early exit the last two years? What will Madden do? Will Muscutt build a better team that can make it past the first round or will we get the "sell" job? Can we have a team that can compete with Arizona? Will we learn that 64 games don't mean crap when it comes time to winning the last 12 come the second season?

Well, thats a easy question to answer!! IF we make it to the playoffs, I certainly will buy my tickets. It is a sizeable down payment to the next years season
ticket package. Heck, I don't have hardly any money to come up with for the next 32 games!!!

No doubt there are folks who will walk away from hockey because their panties are in a wad rather than enjoy another season of fun and excitement with friends
and fellow fans.
Then there are those of us who will buy our season tickets now and our playoff packages when the opportunity presents itself. Like Rumbelle said, it makes a nice down payment on the next year's tickets if we make another early exit. Besides, what will people piss and moan about if we don't lose early?

I've got mine. And like Sandie said. They were cheaper. Since we only played TWO home games in the play-offs; our season tickets are much cheaper. But the
fact that some fans will leave is definitely not good either. Because if our Bugs keep on losing in post-season play, it only means we lose more of our fan
base each season. And anyone that knows sports, has to know losing a certain amount of fans after each un-successful bout in post season play will only make
things worse down the road.
There have been many sports franchises that have closed the door on operations because of just this sort of thing happening. So for the fans that seem to think the Bugs can go on each & every season without winning a Cup & it not really matter all that much; I'll just say it does matter. I enjoy my hockey & don't have to see them win a Cup to keep on enjoying my Mudbugs hockey. But not every fan is like that. Each season they don't win; it just means attendance drops a little more. You can bet John Madden knows this. And yes. He has always been a TRUE Bugs fan. But if he starts losing money, you can bet he won't keep things going. We all know it's a team that matters to him alot. But it's a business 1st for him now. So I truly hope for the sake of our team; things get turned around this up-coming season. Because there are already people that have said they aren't renewing their season tickets for this up-coming season. "SO IT'S TIME TO START LEARNING TO WIN THOSE 12 GAMES THAT REALLY COUNT"
